Carl Capitaine

Research, Advocacy & Policy (RAP) intern

I am highly motivated and dedicated at creatively and radically confronting the systemic and social inequalities constructed against racialised LGBTQIA+ persons in South Africa and on the broader continent, especially as it concerns transgender and gender diverse communities. I aspire to be part of the current wave of local, regional and international queer liberation struggles primarily through research advocacy that is collaborative, intersectional and community led.

Kemi Olaleye

I am committed to LGBTQIA+ rights advocacy, and believe in the power of creative expression for impactful campaigns. Eager to help contribute to the cause.

Vinolia "Vee"Sidukwana

I am passionate about advocacy and fighting for the rights of all Queer people. Doing this work  brings me closer to the community at large. I am a Queer human rights activist and I believe we all have rights as individuals and those rights should not be discriminated against just because we are Queer.
